Spitzmuller, Matthias
Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, CEIBS
Professor Matthias Spitzmuller is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, Dr. Spitzmuller worked as an Associate Professor at Smith School of Business and Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore. Dr. Spitzmuller received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at Michigan State University, MBA in Organizational Behavior and B.A. in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen.

Dr. Spitzmuller has taught classes on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management to undergraduate students, MBA students, and doctoral students. He has also served as a lecturer on leadership in executive education programs at the National University of Singapore, Harvard Business School Publishing, and Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
Before embarking on his academic career, Dr. Spitzmuller worked in Human Capital Management Consulting in Germany.
