Jiang, Yuan
Associate Professor of Management, CEIBS
Dr. Yuan Jiang is an Associate Professor of Management of CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was a member of the faculties at Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Sun Yat-Sen University. He was a visiting professor at emLyon Business School and a doctoral advisor at Business School of Sun Yat-Sen University.
Dr. Jiang’s primary areas of expertise include leadership, collaborative teamwork and innovation, cross-cultural and human resource management, and green low-carbon management in business. He has served as a guest editor for 2023年快乐十分开奖结果🔸Journal of General Management and Complexity, chairman of the International Human Resource Management Scholarly Research Award Committee in Academy of Management in 2017, and head of “Fourteenth Five-Year Strategic Plan” working committee (in charge of OB & OT Division) in National Science Foundation of🔸快乐10分玩法说明 from 2019 to 2021. He has lead and participated multiple grants from both National Science Foundation and National Social Science Foundation of🔸快乐10分玩法说明.
Dr. Jiang was awarded the Best Reviewer from 2023年快乐十分开奖结果🔸Quarterly Journal of Management in 2020, the International Human Resource Management Scholarly Research Award of Academy of Management in 2016, finalist for the Best Conference Paper Award – Micro Paper Track at the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) Biennial Conference in 2014, and Best Reviewer in OB Division of Academy of Management in 2008. In addition to his research, he has been recognised for his excellent teaching at various levels and has won the University Candle Light Teaching Award from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the First Prize of Shanghai MBA Case Teaching Competition.
