CEIBS Ensemble (formerly known as “CEIBS F Band”) is a non-profit ensemble formed voluntarily by versatile music enthusiasts among CEIBS alumni from all programmes. Bonded by a shared passion and deep friendship forged at CEIBS, they all see music as their lifelong pursuit.

Purpose of the Ensemble:

To create a CEIBS music circle that embodies the principles of “Fusion, Fun, Family, and Follow excellent”:

Fusion: Performances and regular rehearsals bring together alumni from all programmes, as well as faculty and staff, facilitating effective communication among alumni and fostering connections between alumni and CEIBS.

Fun: Music is a form of high art that can enrich alumni’s campus experience and provide them with a means to relieve stress.

Family: The annual CEIBS Ensemble Parent-Kid Concert gives CEIBS alumni the opportunity to perform alongside their families, bringing them closer together.

Follow excellent: Driven by the prospect of performing on stage and guided by the Ensemble’s external professionals, members are dedicated to honing their skills in singing and playing musical instruments to showcase the musical talents of CEIBS alumni. The Ensemble provides live performance opportunities for the music-loving CEIBS alumni.

Members:

The members of the Ensemble are CEIBS alumni from various programmes such as FMBA, EMBA, GEMBA, CELC, EE, and MBA, among others. The eligibility criteria are:

- Music enthusiasts. Preference will be given to applicants with a strong background in music and the ability to sing or play an instrument.

- Alumni who have time to attend regular rehearsals (more than twice a month).
