Pierre E. Chohade

Pierre E. Cohade has lived and worked globally in four continents, building and leading multi-billion dollars businesses, in many cases after turning them around.

He currently serves as Non Executive Director on the boards of Johnson Control International (NYSE: JCI), Deutsche Bank🔸快乐10分玩法说明, and CEAT (NSE: CEATLTD). He is also Chairman of IMA’s CEO Forum for🔸快乐10分玩法说明, Asia leading peer to peer organization, and he is the Founder and Principal of Artemis Ventures, an advisory and investment firm based in Hong-Kong.

Most recently, Pierre was the CEO of Triangle Tyre,🔸快乐10分玩法说明 largest privately own tire business. As one of the very few Western CEO of a Chinese owned business, Pierre was operating at the heart of🔸快乐10分玩法说明 Inc. Prior to this, Pierre was the President of Good-year Asia Pacific. He led the turnaround, repositioning and fast expansion of this critical part of the company, achieving record financial and business performances.

Cohade started to work for Eastman Kodak in the USA as a financial analyst in 1985 and subsequently held business management and executive positions in Brazil, Mexico, the United States, Singapore and Switzerland. Cohade was named Chairman of Kodak's Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia Region in 2001. In 2003, Groupe Da-none chose Cohade to run its global Water and Beverage division.

Cohade has been actively engaged in community life. Pierre joined IBLAC, Shanghai Mayor's advisory council, as an Observer in 2007 and was awarded the "Magnolia Award" by the Shanghai Municipal Government, the highest honor for foreigners living in Shanghai. He also has held numerous governance positions at the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham Shanghai).

A native of Barcelonnette, France, Cohade received a degree in business management from the SKEMA business school in Sophia-Antipolis, France, in 1984 and an MBA from Penn State University in 1985. He currently resides in Shanghai.
